To prepare, boil So Soya+ Steak Chunk in your choice of water, broth, juice or marinade for 10 – 15 minutes, drain excess liquid, rinse and add to whatever you’re cooking (i.e. stir fry, fajitas, shish kebobs, wraps, etc. ); OR, add So Soya+ Steak in the dry form to any recipe with lots of liquid (i.e. stew, soup, chili, spaghetti sauce, etc) and let it absorb moisture and flavor effortlessly.
Since So Soya+ has no taste by itself, it readily absorbs the flavors of foods with which it is combined. Thus, making it easy to work into dishes you are already making, such as stir-fries, soups, stews, fajitas, veggie-burgers, tacos, egg rolls, chili, spaghetti sauce, and lasagna to name only a few.
