Ingredients :
Blend until smooth:
1/2 c warm water.
1/2 c cashew pieces, or whole wheat flour or unbleached white flour
1 T onion powder
1 T cornstarch
2 T oil ( omit if using nuts)
1/4 t salt (optional)
3 T soy sauce
1 T Brewer’s yeast flakes
1/4 t garlic powder
When creamy, add 1 1/2 C more water and blend. Pour into saucepan and cook over med heat, stirring constantly, add So Soya+ and cook until thick the gravy becomes a good cream sauce. (Be sure to rinse cashews.) Serve
over Hot Rice.
